The Surtur is a unique automatic shotgun seen in the hands of Pandora's "light infantry" regiments, apparently originating with Absolute Zero, but also used with some frequency by Nazgûl. It has been seen in the hands of a few SOE members as well, but Pandora appears to be reluctant to part with Surturs as much as any other piece of equipment of their make. It is specifically intended to fire white phosphorous shells in rapid succession, meaning its use against humans is a warcrime.
